DBのスキーマを比較できるツール「DB Compare」を使ってみました。
DB CompareはSQL Serverに対応しています。
準備
CodePlexからインストーラーをダウンロードし、実行します。

デスクトップのショートカットから起動します。
[Source]と[Target]の接続文字列を入力します。
列の削除の検出
比較するDBを用意します。
[Compare Databases]をクリックすると、列の削除が検出されました。
列の追加の検出
比較するDBを用意します。
[Compare Databases]をクリックすると、DBのUpdateが検出されました。
